Terms of Service

By engaging KALAN Marketing & Creative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreements

Our services are provided in 6-month or 12-month contract terms as selected during the inquiry process. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in your specific service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to social media accounts, Google Business Profiles, and website backends required for service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final creative assets produced for their specific campaigns. KALAN retains the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive for maximum growth, marketing results can vary based on local market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue or customer count increases.
